Valentines mishap

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day days ahead, and they completely forgot my order. Despite multiple calls, they only responded with a substitute after hours. Their offered replacement was a poor substitute for the original order. I wouldn’t trust them with any important occasion.

You wrote the wrong name on the card after having called you to make sure you write the correct name. It really disappointed the recipient.
